Cristiano Ronaldo’s first son, Cristiano Ronaldo Jr., officially made his debut for Portugal’s U15 side in a 4-1 triumph over Japan on Tuesday afternoon.

The 14-year-old, who wore his father’s iconic No.7 jersey, lasted 54 minutes in the game which took place in the Croatian town of Sveti Martin na Muri.

He started the match from the bench before coming on in the second half as a left winger, the same position his father played at the start of his career.

Cristianinho, as he is affectionately called in Portugal, will return to the field to Greece and England on Wednesday and Friday respectively in the group B of the Vlatko Markovic International Tournament.

Cristiano Jr. has featured for the academy sides of Juventus, Manchester United, and now plays with the junior side of Al Nassr.

The son of Ronaldo’s former Real Madrid teammate – Marcelo, Enzo Alves, has also been playing for Spain at the youth level.
