Tokyo-based Bayside Entertainment and fast-growing African-oriented online radio JafriQ Radio has made a donation of vital equipment to the Ashanti Police Clinic in Ghana.
The items, which include stethoscopes and sphygmomanometers, were presented to the hospital on behalf of Bayside and JafriQ Radio by Superintendent Jerry John Boye on December 18, 2024.
Upon receiving the items Superintendent Dr. Albert Paintsil stressed the importance of receiving the items from Bayside-JafriQ.
“This donation will go a long way to enhance healthcare delivery. It is also the wish of the Police Clinic that the donation will deepen the relationship established, for more donations soon,” he said.
Bayside Entertainment is a Japanese-based Ghanaian-owned company that specializes in grooming young and ambitious individuals to become world-class modelers.
The Managing Director of Bayside Entertainment and JafriQ Radio Samuel Anning underscored the need for private organisations both in Africa and overseas to support indigenous companies to deliver good services.
“We aim to support quality healthcare delivery for Ghanaians and this is our way of contributing to that dream,” he said.
