Two-time Nigerian leader Muhammadu Buhari has died in London at the age of 82.
Buhari had travelled to the United Kingdom for medical treatment but passed away on Sunday afternoon.
According to sources in London, the ex-Military man died of blood cancer which in medical terms is known as leukemia.
He led the West African nation both as a military leader and later returned as a democratic leader.
During his first spell as Head of States of Nigeria as a military leader from December 31, 1983 to August 27, 1985.
He was elected as President of Nigeria in May 2015 and spent two terms on the hot seat before leaving office in May 202
