Italian giants Juventus have been eliminated from the 2024/25 UEFA Champions League after succumbing to a 3-1 away loss to Dutch side PSV Eindhoven on Wednesday night.
The tie travelled to extra-time after the regulation time ended 2-1 in favour of the Eredivisie side who lost the first-leg clash 2-1 and recorded the win to send the game to extra-time.
Dutch defender Ryan Flamingo scored the decider for PSV in the 98th minute to end the fate of Juventus who join AC Milan who also suffered elimination from the competition on Tuesday night.
After ending the first-half 0-0, Croatian international Ivan Perisic smashed the opener for PSV but Timothy Weah levelled for the Bianconeris.
On the 74th minute mark, Ismael Saibari netted the lead for PSV who went ahead to claim the tie in extra-time and progress to the round of 16.
