The Japanese Meteorological Corporation has predicted the dates for the 2025 captivating cherry blossom giving sakura lovers idea on how to plan their outings for the beautiful period.

2025 has just began as the calendar is still ticking in January but cherry blossoms are already on the horizon and the forecast for the year is already thrilling for people in the East Asian country who love to travel to catch views of nature’s beauty.

For most parts of Japan, the Cherry Blossoms are likely to bloom around the same period with people in Japan cities like Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto and other places expected to experience the best.

People in the capital are expected to catch the 2025 maiden experience with the first sakura experience predicted for March 24 and reach full bloom by March 31.

The Cherries will blossom on March 27 and reach full blossom by April 3 in former capital city of Kyoto.

Osaka will also experience the Cherries around the same time as Kyoto but will blossom a day earlier than Kyoto – April 3.

Sapporo will be the last to see the cherry blossoms open up, with the expected flowering date on May 1 and full bloom by May 5.
